The Turfgrass Management, Advanced course rounds out the Brentsville Turfgrass Management Program, representing the highest level of rigor, specialization, and real-world application offered to our students in the field of turf management. Turfgrass Management, Advanced builds upon the foundational study of the turfgrass industry and provides students with an advanced, professional learning environment that mirrors expectations found in collegiate turf programs.
A major component of this program is the opportunity for independent research in partnership with leading universities, including institutions such as Virginia Tech, Penn State, the University of Tennessee, and The Ohio State University. Through these collaborations, students will work directly alongside collegiate professors and research staff to design, conduct, and analyze turfgrass trials that address real issues facing the modern turf industry.
